NAHB offers both members and non-members the opportunity to market to the home building industry through various digital opportunities. These platforms give you a variety of choices and strategies to promote your company to our membership.

Below is a snapshot of digital products offered. Rates and detailed information are outlined in our media kit.

Banner Ads

Over 150,000 unique visitors use hwfj-art.com each month. Get a powerful combination of branding and results by running your ads adjacent to NAHB content. Ads are sold on a CPM (cost per thousand) impressions basis.

Industry Connections Direct Email Promotion

Twice per month, we offer the opportunity to send content from NAHB to up to 75,000 opt-in members. This e-blast opportunity offers great exposure and aligns your messaging with NAHB.

E-Newsletters

NAHB has four main e-newsletters for members with both advertising and sponsored content available in each.

Monday Morning Briefing is a weekly e-newsletter that features association and industry news as well as sponsor-generated content. It is sent every Monday to approximately 190,000 members and subscribers.

IBS Industry Tracker is sent every other Wednesday to more than 100,000 recent attendees of the International Builders’ Show (2016-2022). The content is customized for each attendee and comes from exhibitor blogs and news. Featured stories and advertising are available in each issue.

NAHB Connect is the daily digest of the NAHB Connect online community forum, and is sent to 80,000 members each day. One ad is available on a weekly basis.

Housing Headlines is an aggregate of the week’s most important housing stories from the mainstream media. The newsletter is sent every Friday to 100,000 members.

Sponsored Content

We also feature sponsored content on our NAHBNow news blog and in our Monday Morning Briefing e-newsletter. This is your opportunity to provide trends or thought leadership content to the industry.

If you are looking for something to specifically promote your company or product, we offer opportunities in some newsletters to focus on product or company news.

Webinars

NAHB offers a limited number of sponsored webinars on relevant topics for our industry. These webinars are free for both members and non-members, and you will provide the content. The sponsor will produce the educational (non-promotional) webinar and deliver it in conjunction with the NAHB Education team. You’ll receive recognition in webinar promotion and receive all registration information.
